Once we receive your item, we'll confirm or update your estimate, and then contact you for payment (credit card).

SHIP OR DROP-OFF
Mail in your repair directly to us, or drop it off at Tears and Repairs. Include your contact info and repair estimate.

RECEIVE / PICK UP
Once your repair is completed, we'll notify you via text or email.
